It’s not just the synthetic ice-rink we’ve bought into. At JM Entertainment, we aim to make your skating experience the best it can be, naturally. So we’ve invested into buffing machines and skate-sharpeners, to ensure your skate surface is always immaculate and your skates are absolutely pristine for hire.
We’re offering two sizes of rink; a 10x6m Ice Rink (suitable for 12-15 skaters) and a 12x8m Ice Rink (suitable for 22 - 25 skaters) for rental. Both packages include our award-winning team to install (allow up to 3 hours), safe operation and assistance throughout the event, a variety of different sized skates, as well as safety matting and barriers. Oh, and of course – there are themed skating aids to help first timers!
The portable design of our Ice Rink means we can travel the country and bring this direct to your events. Great for all ages, we know our synthetic Ice Skating Rink will be a massive hit for Corporate Christmas Parties, Festive Shopping Centre Promotions, Big Birthday Celebrations and Winter School Fairs. Is it actually possible to skate on an artificial rink?
Yes yes and yes. We have carried out extensive research and found a market-lead design that self-lubricates to resemble slippery white ice... we’ve actually travelled the world looking for something just like this!
Can this Ice Rink be put anywhere?
More or less - indoor or outdoors. As you may imagine, the skating rink is heavy! So access right up to the event area is important (do talk to us if that’s difficult). We need a flat, hard surface to set up – with lots of room! Grass isn’t ideal (as it’s rare for it to be totally level, plus it can be water logged or muddy in the Winter - but please do ask us).
Do you provide Ice Skates?
Correct. We have full set of new Ice Skates in a variety of sizes to fit everyone young and old, big and small! One of our friendly team will show you how to put them on and make sure you’re ready for your fun skating session.
How long does a session last?
As standard, we hire our Ice Skating rink for 4 hours of operation, and if you’d like longer, just ask one of our sales team! I can’t skate...does that matter? We provide fun animal-themed Skate Aids! Hold on and skate-off across the ice with one of these and you’ll find your ice-legs in no time!
I have a large number of people to use the Ice-Rink, (so I can make my money back), can you help?
Yes! Our team have years of experience in getting large volumes of guests through our Army Assault Course, Photobooths and other games! We’ll gladly take control of skating sessions and coordinate a queue.
